P.J. DiNuzzo is the Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of DiNuzzo Investment Advisors Inc., which has operated as an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor in business since 1989. He was approved as one of the first 100 Advisors in the United States with Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) starting in the early 1990’s and also was accepted as one of the earlier members of NAPFA Fee-Only Advisors. Mr. DiNuzzo is rated by the Paladin Registry as a 5-Star Advisor scoring in the top 1% of all advisors in America. DiNuzzo Investment Advisors, Inc. has consistently been ranked as one of the top 500 firms in the country.

P.J. attended Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, and received his BS in Business Administration from Geneva College. His graduate studies culminated in an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and an MS in Tax Law from Robert Morris University. Mr. DiNuzzo subsequently earned his CPA and PFS from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and is a NAPFA - Registered Financial Advisor.
A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, P.J. has devoted his free time to the youth of his community – coaching soccer, baseball and basketball – and to his own three sons.

Mark S. DiNuzzo joined DiNuzzo Investment Advisors, Inc. in 1997, to launch the firm’s consultative financial planning offering which he has grown and continues to manage. His vision was to create a comprehensive financial planning process which would strategically compliment the existing Institutional world-class investment management solutions.
Mark has excelled at developing a uniquely customized experience for our clients to address their planning needs, objectives and goals. His core belief is that the entire process revolves around the client and our primary objective as a firm is to maintain the highest level of objectivity – always placing our clients’ needs first. Mark’s commitment to this is further evidenced by his exceptional level of oral and written communication with our clients.
Mark’s financial planning philosophy is based on years of experience. He specializes in serving clients’ most critical modular, as well as comprehensive, financial planning needs, including: Pre-retirement Planning, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Education Planning, Estate Planning, Investment Management and Risk Management.
Mark received his BS in Business Administration from Geneva College and his MBA from Robert Morris University. He also successfully completed the demanding requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
A life-long resident of Western Pennsylvania, Mark devotes his free time to his church, where he serves as a Eucharistic Minister and as a CCD teacher. He is also a youth baseball and basketball coach, but always manages to reserve time to spend with his wife and three sons.

Carl J. Hartman joined DiNuzzo Investment Advisors, Inc. in 2007, with the objective of joining a "Fee Only" Wealth Management Firm that was focused on offering their clients sound objective investment and financial planning advice without any hidden agendas.
He has been a licensed representative in the investment field for the past 14 years. Most recently he was employed by Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., where he was assigned to handle many service and investment related issues with a diverse client base of over 400 clients. He also worked side by side with the Schwab Private Client and Advised Investing Team in helping of his clients with asset management and financial planning issues.
Carl has devoted expertise at DiNuzzo Investment Advisors, Inc. to Institutional Style Investment Management, Financial Planning and Business Development; he has perfected his communication skills to convey our business philosophy to prospective clients. His vast experience in the financial planning segment allows prospective clients an additional benefit when researching individual investment firms. Carl's clear, concise approach to business development and our mission is a definite plus for all. His sincere belief in the primary objective at DIA of addressing the clients' planning needs, objectives and goals is a perfect fit for the firm.
Carl earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University and a Private Pilot Certificate from Kent State University. He also successfully completed the demanding requirements to become a Registered Financial Consultant through the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC). He is a life long resident of the Mon Valley Area of Pittsburgh where he and his wife are currently raising their four children. In his time away from work he and his wife enjoy quality time together and managing the many activities of their children. He also enjoys golfing and coaching youth wrestling at his local school district.

Patsy Esposito joined DiNuzzo Investment Advisors Inc., in 2007, with the objective of applying his years of extensive business experience and education to one of the top-tier affluent client firms in the United States. His objective was to join a firm whose primary focus was on serving their clients' best interest assisting them with their financial path and to compliment the firm's core beliefs; "Fee Only", asset allocations, and fiduciary responsibility to the client.
Patsy has extensive business experience in the field of logistics, hospitality management and real estate development management in South Western Pennsylvania. Patsy continuously demonstrates the critical elements for client satisfaction and success in the field of Wealth Management.
Patsy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and minor in Economics from Geneva College. He is currently completing the demanding requirements to become a Registered Financial Consultant through the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC). Born and raised in Midland, PA., Patsy currently resides in Brighton Township/Beaver, PA., where he is active in his church and community. Patsy places a great emphasis on his connection with family and friends. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, and dabbles in Vinification (the process of wine making) and takes great pride in his culinary talents.

Joseph P. Caufield, MBA
 Head Trader, Director of Research
Joseph (Joe) P. Caufield joined DiNuzzo Investment Advisors Inc., in October 2006, following his early retirement after a 36 year career in the chemical industry. Joe is our Director of Research and Chief Trader.
Prior to joining DiNuzzo Investment Advisors Inc., Joe worked for ARCO Chemical Company and NOVA Chemicals Inc., in the areas of chemical and plastics process and product development, process engineering, process safety engineering and raw materials purchasing at company locations in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Texas.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and earned an MBA. He is a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a Medical Service Corps Officer with active duty assignments in Texas, New York City and Korea.
Joe is currently enrolled in the College of Financial Planning, working on his Certified Financial Planner ™ designation.
Joe was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and following his military and civilian job transfers, he returned to Western Pennsylvania. He resides in Center Township, PA with his wife and daughter, son-in-law and grandson.
 Lisa Faulkner — Client Service Manager
Lisa graduated from Robert Morris University and earned an Associates Degree in Executive Secretarial Administration. She has over 25 years of diverse and extensive experience in the business sector. Lisa is married and has two children. Her oldest Ashley is enrolled in Gannon University and her youngest Grant is attending Robert Morris University. Lisa is kept active with her children's various school, athletic, and social events. Lisa is also a Lector for Holy Family Parish. Lisa was born and raised in New Brighton, PA.
 Jackie DiNuzzo — Office Manager / Compliance Manager
Phyllis was born and raised in Aliquippa, PA. She has over 45 years of business experience, primarily in the banking, service and financial industries. Phyllis has many hobbies including reading, knitting, crocheting, and quilting. She is extremely proud of her two sons and six grandsons. She has been a lifelong active member in her church and numerous charitable organizations. She resides in Midland, PA.
Terri joined the DiNuzzo Investment Advisors, Inc. family in January of 2007. She is a 1992 Honor graduate from Community College of Beaver County with an Associates Degree in Business Management. Terri also has over 20 years experience in the restaurant, human resource and business sectors. She was born and raised in the Beaver Valley Area and since 1993 she has resided in Boardman, Ohio. Terri has three children Charlie, Lori Beth, and Nicole and five grandchildren Joey, Cody, Isaac, Hunter, and Ayden. For the last thirteen years she has sat on the Executive Church Board for Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church in Youngstown, Ohio, as the Recording Secretary. Her leisure time is spent with her grandchildren, church activities and flower gardening.
